This draft explains the limits of the website, its service descriptions, compliance information and optional assistant.
Draft for review. This wording has not yet been approved by the practice, legal counsel or the practice’s ICAI ethics adviser. Required identity, professional, jurisdiction and governing-law facts are not published yet, pending practice approval.
This disclaimer cannot make an unapproved claim, service, advertisement, brand element or professional activity compliant. The full website, including the custom logo, tagline, identity film, calls to action, assistant and campaigns, requires a separate professional and ICAI ethics review before launch.

1. General information only
The material on this website is provided to explain broad service categories and help a visitor decide whether to request a conversation. It is general information. It is not accounting, tax, legal, audit, assurance, secretarial, investment or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation about what any person or organisation should do.
The material is written without knowing your entity, residence, registration status, transactions, documents, reporting framework, tax position, deadlines or objectives. An obligation, treatment, threshold, exemption, form or procedure may apply differently to you. Obtain advice based on the complete facts before acting, delaying action or deciding not to act.
2. No professional engagement is formed online
Visiting this website, using the assistant, receiving an automated acknowledgement or submitting an enquiry does not appoint the practice or create an engagement. No work begins and no filing, payment, response or other deadline is monitored or accepted unless the practice completes its required identity, conflict, eligibility and independence checks and both sides accept written engagement terms identifying the scope and responsibilities.
Until then, you remain responsible for protecting your position and meeting every deadline. Nothing in this section excludes a duty or liability that applicable law or professional standards do not permit to be excluded.
3. Do not send sensitive documents through the website
The public enquiry form and AI assistant are not secure document portals. Provide only the minimum information needed to request contact. Do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, passwords, account credentials, bank or card details, tax returns, notices, financial statements, working papers or other sensitive documents.
Information disclosed by a prospective client is handled subject to applicable privacy and professional confidentiality obligations. Submission does not by itself create an engagement or legal professional privilege. If information or documents are required after the practice accepts an engagement, the practice will identify the approved channel.
Information submitted through an enquiry is handled as described in the privacy notice.
4. Accuracy, completeness and currency
Laws, rules, notifications, forms, portal behavior, filing procedures and official interpretations can change, sometimes at short notice. Material that was accurate when prepared can later become incomplete or incorrect. The practice does not warrant that every page is current, complete, applicable to you or free from error.
A page review date, where shown, records only when that page was last reviewed. It is not a guarantee that no change has occurred since then. Check material facts against the current official source and obtain professional review.
5. Compliance dates
Any date shown in the compliance calendar is general information. It may be amended, extended or inapplicable to your circumstances. Check the linked official source. The practice does not monitor or assume responsibility for a deadline unless written engagement terms expressly assign that responsibility.
A general calendar cannot determine your own deadline without your facts. Registrations, transaction types, filing profiles, extensions, notifications and other conditions may change the date.
6. Optional automated assistant
The assistant is disabled by default. If enabled, it uses automated language generation with selected website passages. Its responses may be incomplete, out of date, misunderstood, inconsistent or wrong. A linked reference shows what site passage was supplied to the assistant; it does not verify that the response is correct or applicable to you.
The assistant cannot review your records, verify your identity, determine your filing profile, accept an engagement, approve work, calculate a final liability or make a professional judgement. Do not rely on its response for a filing, payment, legal position, transaction or deadline. Do not give it confidential information, personal identifiers, credentials, account details or documents.
A refusal or handoff from the assistant is not confirmation that a matter is safe, immaterial or outside professional review. If the question concerns your circumstances, you may use the approved contact route to request human consideration. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or a response time and does not transfer responsibility for a deadline.
7. Service descriptions are not offers or guarantees
A service page describes a category of work. It does not confirm that the practice is permitted, independent, eligible, available or willing to perform that work for a particular person or entity. Those matters are assessed before written acceptance.
The website does not promise a registration, refund, exemption, assessment result, audit conclusion, notice outcome, saving, growth result or acceptance by any authority. Outcomes depend on facts, records, professional judgement, law and decisions outside the website’s control.
8. No price, response time or deadline ownership is promised
Unless confirmed in a signed engagement, the website does not state or promise a fee, package, quotation, turnaround, response time, availability or service level. Sending an enquiry does not transfer responsibility for a filing or other deadline to the practice.
9. Identity, credentials and jurisdiction
ArthComply is a name this website operates under. The operating entity is Ashna Bhatia, Chartered Accountant, of Office No. 4L, Gopala Tower, Rajendra Place, New Delhi 110008.
The ICAI firm and membership particulars, the jurisdictions the practice is qualified to act in, the geographic service area and the list of permitted public claims are not published yet, pending practice approval. Do not infer any of them from the brand, domain, logo, tagline, terminology or the list of service categories on this site. Sharing premises with another practice implies nothing about who would act for you.
The responsible professional, permitted scope, independence position and any required specialist involvement are confirmed for an accepted engagement in writing.
10. Third-party websites and official sources
This website may link to government portals, regulators, legislation, notifications or other third-party material. Those sites are controlled by their own operators and may change without notice. A link is provided for convenience and context. It is not an endorsement, adoption or guarantee of availability, accuracy or security.
Check the current official source directly before relying on a requirement, date, threshold, form or procedure.
11. Website availability and presentation features
The website is provided on an available basis and may be interrupted, delayed, incomplete, withdrawn or changed. The identity film, motion and three-dimensional hero are presentation features only. They do not carry professional meaning, create an assurance, or change the information and controls available in the page.
12. Responsibility for professional work
This page does not set the terms or limits of liability for professional work. Any permitted allocation or limitation of responsibility must appear in written engagement terms. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where applicable law or professional standards do not permit it.
The governing law and forum for website disputes are not published yet, pending practice approval.
13. Intellectual property and permitted use
Ownership of the ArthComply brand, logo, film, page text and other site material is not published yet, pending practice approval. Any permitted-use statement, quotation policy, reproduction licence or trademark notice must be approved before publication. Nothing on this draft page grants a licence by implication.
14. Changes
This disclaimer may be updated when the website, law, provider setup or professional requirements change. The date above records the latest draft review. It does not replace review of the current page at the time you use it.
